The holder must: be a citizen or a legal entity of one of these countries: Andorra, Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Moldavia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, San Marino, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Ukraine, OR must carries out or starts an economic or other activity that justifies the use of a .hu domain name. Warning: Documents can be requested by the Registry. The Registry reserves itself the right to deny the registration of a domain name if documents are not satisfying among other reasons. In case of rejection by the registry, no refund nor credit note will be issued.
